I don't mind Jewell coming in as First Team Coach because he will have his own ideas to add to the team.

It looks like the coaching set-up will be the following:

• Tony Pulis - Head Coach
  
• Dave Kemp - Assistant Head Coach
  
• Paul Jewell - First Team Coach
  
• Carlo Nash - Goalkeeping Coach
  
• Gerry Francis - Part-time Coach
  

That is a good, experienced set-up and most importantly, it is fresh for the club.
