As Tidy and Silver say, new territory and food for thought for JP as he has his thinking altered about coaching set-ups. Kiely, the one I liked best and thought might have a future at the club, will at least have his radio/media work to go into more full time. Good luck to them all. And I think I'd rather have Gerry Francis in as a coach than Les Ferdinand, somehow. GF has been there, done that as a player with England and as a manager at QPR and Spurs, so he should have some good input to make both to the players and to the club. JP and we the supporters are all about to have our Albion worlds changed. I can't wait to see how the future unfolds on the pitch.
