The weird thing though is at the time of the offense’ the punishments were not yet defined since had it been known taking the - 12 points at that time wouldn’t have seen us relegated anyway. Not knowing the penalty was the driver for the creativity. I think our appeal is going to be on the technicality of timing on whether and when the accounts We’re recognized. Since there were over 4000 pages of back up submitted by counsel I’m sure Di Marco has some confidence in getting some sort of elimination or reduction.
