Sad to hear that young Ryan Broom has been sold to the Posh for an undisclosed figure.
The initial bid of £150,000 having rightly been rejected.

So once again (Mo Eisa to Bristol City and Billy Waters to Northampton) our player of the previous season has been cherry picked by another Club.
It's all a bit disheartening for this to happen when you are hoping that the squad gets strengthened to enable us to mount another bid for promotion.
We had a good season last time around and I was hoping we might 'kick on' again this time.

On a different note I was concerned to see that our Baggies loanee Josh Griffiths played his first game in a friendly against Bristol City. I haven't seen the 'highlights' but he apparently conceded four goals.
I hope that the lad is not going to prove to be another Jonathan Flatt, a keeper we borrowed from Wolves a few seasons back.
Still waiting to hear how the Club are going to achieve 'social distancing' during match days. It looks as if I may not get my usual seat and may get shunted behind the goal. Whatever happens will not be as good as my halfway line seat in the Colin Farmer stand.
Some days I'm top dog, most days I'm just the lamp post.
