Chris Brunt where do I start. We paid a few quid back in the day to sign you. How that looks like a bargain now. I can't see your loyalty being surpassed again. Thanks for your commitment over the years and your left leg would be worth £50 million if you were 12 years younger. Fantastic servent to the club and us fans. We will miss you and your smile is infectious. I hope you can come back and work with our youngsters in the future. You have earned our respect and you are now in our LEGEND hall of fame.

Yes you ripped us off with what you paid us for him!!!! Brunt is one of the few players that was always given a great reception when he came back to Hillsborough and while we were sad to see him go at the time it was recognised that you were much more likely to give him a shot at the PL than we were!! Good luck to him in whatever he decides to do next.
