This is a summary I found on social media.
Leagues will be decided using unweighted PPG
Champion clubs promoted
Clubs promoted via playoffs (if they are able to take place under government coronavirus guidance)
Once other promotions and relegations have taken place, the National League will then relegate the number of clubs required to keep the National league at 24 clubs
Step 2 playoffs for National League North/South may go ahead but it all depends on the outcome of the vote.
32 votes in total. The 24 National League clubs get 1 vote each but the National League North/South teams share 4 votes (so technically it's 8 votes, 4 votes for each league) and 17 votes are required for a pass. So the majority vote from National League North/South provides the 4 votes. They have to vote by 5pm on Wednesday. It's more confusing than Eurovision.
So if playoffs go ahead in the National League North/South then 3 teams from the National league will be relegated and they will be Chorley, AFC Fylde and Ebbsfleet United. Under the proposals Barrow would be promoted to the Football League. Kings Lynn and Wealdstone would be promoted to the National League.
The National League playoffs will be:
Harrogate
Notts County
Yeovil Town
Boreham Wood
FC Halifax Town
Barnet
National League North Playoffs will be:
York City
Boston United
Brackley Town
Altrincham
Chester
Gateshead
National League South Playoffs will be:
Havant & Waterlooville
Weymouth
Bath City
Slough Town
Dartford
Dorking
Biggest Problem is where do Macclesfield go if they get relegated? If Macclesfield get relegated will they be put in the National League North like Boston United were in 2007 when they had financial problems?
