Dont see any other alternative.
Why not just simply take the placings as they stand? If theres only 1 club coming down - Stevenage by a mile then just promote 1 club - Barrow. Bottom 4 to go down.
The only team that could object would probably be Fylde as they could technically avoid the drop if they won their games in hand.
If any FL clubs go bust in the interim then hold a mini knock out tournament before the start of next season (if it starts) to determine who replaces them.
The only other way is just void it completely. That would be very unfair on Barrow.
