Interesting - ICT and Patrick voted no --- but Dundee did not supply their vote and are thinking of changing their mind.
They have produced a counter proposal which involves Dundee Utd staying down
Which is mental, but they clearly want some kind of reconstruction of the league.

UEFA meet again on the 23rd and I wouldn't be surprised if they tell the associations to go with final placings if they can.
