Hi guys. Thank you for the kind words and messages. Before I disappear permanently for a few weeks I'd like to give you all some information because I consider you all to be friends, even if we never have chance to meet (I'll obviously have to learn scuba diving to meet Beefy).
My Mum was 68 years old and she was a wonderful person full of love and compassion. She gave up so much so I and my Brothers could have a decent life. She helped me get through University even though it put my Parents in financial difficulty. She helped my Brother with his multiple businesses. She helped my Dad have a somewhat enjoyable retirement.
Through this dark tunnel there is light at the end of it. It's a long way away but it is there. Through this grief, two fractured families have come back together. I have seen my brother for the first time in 8 years. I will see my niece for the first time in 8 years. My Dad has spoken to his sister for the first time in 20 years. She also touched people outside of the family. She had Meniere's disease and through the kindness of her blessed heart, she created a social media group to help fellow sufferers of the disease. There are people across Europe and North America who she helped with advice and, most importantly, friendship.
A kind, compassionate soul who always put others first is how she will be remembered. That is her forever lasting legacy.
