I'm sure they will postpone them but having said that, how much do UEFA earn from the tournament. They will do all they can to keep that tournament going, even if it does come at the expense of others.
This suspension is the right thing to do but by hell its going to hit a lot of people in the pocket.

International friendlies called off at the end of the month, again costing fans money
If they call the Euros off I know plenty of England fans who stand to lose hundreds in flight bookings alone.
Football League clubs won't have income coming through the door and the players will still need paying and they don't have the luxury of Premier League TV money to cover the wages.
