I assume you’ve renewed through the website? I remember having issues in the past and I think it’s because your seat is reserved for its current owner (you!) until the renewal deadline is up. I think there is a way of doing it ( log in to your account and bio from there I think) but it may be best to give the ticket office a call to explain! The website is not exactly user friendly.
They say that ignorance is bliss - no wonder so many people are happy.
