That's a fairly tepid altercation compared with the ones we used to have when the much maligned 'Fireymouse' used to give us all the benefit of his unchallengable wisdom.

Seriously though, this is a marvellous site compared with some of the rubbish that's out there and we can't afford to lose a couple of regular posters just because they see things differently. At the end of the day we all want the Baggies to do well and in my 60 years experience of supporting them, we never do things the easy way. Its almost against our tradition.

So maybe we finish up as runners up or through the play offs.
Correct me if I'm wrong but, I seem to think that teams promoted to the Prem as champions  almost always struggle to a worse extent than those that took 2nd and 3rd place.
So, if I'm right we may be better off as runners up.

Just look on the bright side fellas.

The mighty European Champions of 1980 something just got walloped by the Foxes and OUR former player Harvey Barnes bagged a couple of them.

I reckon we are about to change places with our incomparable neighbours.
Perhaps when BREXIT is finally completed they'll go and join the Polish League.
