IMO, if you put a towel on a sunbed and there's no sign of you anywhere then your towel will/should be burnt 
And back to consilio's point, I think 1 challenge per half seems fair as long as it's never increased. My picking point would be, who is the one to review the footage? I don't think it could be 4th officials/referees/linesmen bcause they're all wired up to each other so it's have to be an independent "ref" in the stands
