....sorry but this is all down to JP (who I normally support 100% by the way) getting it totally wrong by not retaining Mel and THEN saying he's learned by his mistakes and the next HC would be a 'safe bet' with plenty of PL experience (or words to that effect).

Disappointed is an understatement

I'm not at all hostile to AI - I'm sure he did his very best for us; but with the above sentiments from JP you just HAVE to question why he was bloody appointed in the first place
