I do think the EFL at some point have to get serious about charging clubs who flout the rules but get out of jail with promotion, and make it clear that the moment the offending club gets relegated back into the Championship - however many years may pass in the meantime - an immediate points deduction will await them. Unfortunately, I think they had a chance to do this a few years back with QPR and bottled it, thereby setting a precedent. Now if they try anything of the kind, it'll be judged as unfair and inconsistent.
