Jamie Lowry who used to play for Chesterfield at full back or midfield and is now on Argyle's academy staff  plays for Parkway. Jamie was on the verge of signing for Derby in a decent sized deal when he did his ACL.

He never really got back partly due to lack of opportunities from our current manager who I don't think rated him ...... and he ended up, because he's Cornish by birth, trying to resurrect his career down at Home Park Plymouth. What happened? Plymouth made Sheridan manager and any chance Jamie had of getting back evaporated.

Apparently he does well in Parkway's midfield. From all reports they are a decent team on the up, but Paulton do tend to win through a few qualifying rounds .....

Jamie Lowry used to be one of my favourite players, remember him playing on the left side of midfield in a game against Macclesfield and he ran there RB ragged. I thought he did his ACL on trial at Derby? He was manager of Godolphin Atlantic a few years ago.

I went to Buxton vs York City in the 3rd qualifying round. Buxton were leading 1-0 for 50 minutes but then scored an OG from a mix up between the LB and the keeper and then with 9 minutes remaining York got a winner. I think York found it difficult to play on the plastic pitch.
