It's all about opinions, and each one of us will have a slightly different one on the AI question.
Mine is this: he's doing his very best; he's started to integrate the more positive players into the team (as most were calling for) but we're still failing in games we shouldn't fail in. Confidence is obviously dropping and as a result players are more prone to making individual mistakes (happening) and will always play safe rather than be more adventurous (also happening).

I'm dead against negative chanting/abuse towards either AI or the players as this simply makes things worse; maybe he ISN'T up to the job but that's not his fault - he applied and JP appointed him!! It's plain to see that if we don't get a win in the next 3-4 games he'll probably be out of a job; I honestly hope that we CAN get that win and that he stays because IMO there ARE positive signs that things are changing slowly, and with a small helping of confidence IMO these players AND this HC can pull things round.

We as a club are shooting ourselves in the foot though - getting a reputation as a 'hiring & sacking' club does us no favours and makes us a bad bet for any proven HC.
