At this moment it's still an allegation, and sadly unless there were TV cameras on the incident (unlikely), goalpost mics to pick up the abuse (even more unlikely), or witnesses to testify one way or the other (racists generally don't say this kind of stuff where they can be overheard), it'll probably end the way the Rodriguez-Bong incident did; with a muddled compromise. I do support strong penalties for those conclusively found guilty, but until whole pitches are miked up, I'm not sure the evidence will be there to convict or clear with 100% certainty.
