Given the chance Matt some managers would come for nothing if it gave them a chance to prove themselves. Anyway if Sheridan walks it would cost nothing. The problem within the club is that there is nobody who has any idea who or what would make a good manager as has been proven repeatedly over the last 5 years.
Whats the chance of getting it right if Sheridan does walk, as he should?

Depends on the type of manager. The chances of getting it right if Sheridan does walk is pretty slim. Got it right with Cook but since then its not been great.

As it stands Sheridan's win percentage is 37.50% since he came back and that's the best win percentage since Cook left. 2nd best win percentage is Dean Saunders with 34.78%.
