He did a speech in Manchester talking about the North and how it needs to be a level playing field between the North and the South but Sky, BBC and ITV sent up reporters and journalists from London to ask questions.

He wants to create HS3 between Manchester and Leeds which will cost £39 billion which has pissed off Londoners on social media who are complaining that money needs to be spent on the tracks down South. He also talked in his speech mainly about London. Love to know where the £39 billion is coming from to pay for this. The other thing is how does it help Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland? Manchester isn't just the North of England what about Liverpool? Newcastle? etc What about Scotland? which is the North of the UK and GB. Instead of creating HS2 and now HS3 they should have pumped the money into creating better lines and stations around the whole of the UK.
