Yes I think thats one of the problems they had over here. So many girls play "soccer" over here right through young girls up to college level, but it just doesn't translate into attendance at games, TV coverage or revenue!! Maybe the only way it will work is to have teams affiliated or owned by the traditional and established men's side. Arsenal and Everton have good teams and I think they are wholly owned by the football club, but I wonder how many fans they get etc for their games.
