Seems positive to me and it doesn't seem like the club had to do too much persuading to get him to come to a Championship club.

I just hope he is given the backing and time that he deserves to create proper change to this club. No more penny pinching and having to settle for free transfers, proper scouting of players outside of the UK, a good budget to work with, freedom to sell players that he doesn't want and of course the time to integrate the new squad. It won't be perfect straight away but I have confidence in Bilic's ability that he'll get it right long term.
