What happens if the club signs 3 players, Labbadia for example comes in and doesn’t rate the players signed and doesn’t use them. That’s a waste of funds that could have been reserved for the new Head Coach to use on players he will actually want and have a say over.
I see that Josh and agree it's logical, but Dowling appears to be making the decisions - question is could a new HC or manager over rule him?
I'm guessing a HC nowadays supplies a DoF with a wish list of players and the DoF tries to buy the players identified or finds a suitable alternatives?
