What the **** is it with young players these days, as good as it is we may as well as scrap the academy and invest the money elsewhere if this continually keeps happening, then go poaching the same as everyone else seems to do,
Hi - this is the issue when you have good players in your academy or squad and your in the EFL - the rebuild plan is flawed without financial support.
We would have probably invested 3 to 4 million on him over the years and he hasn't got the decency to repay us. I don't think he is the finished article yet.
He has IMO had extra game time as a tempter to get him to sign, not just because of his ability.
Its all about finances again at the end of the day and we can't compete.
