I can hardly contain my excitement.

BV, seems a little harsh, he's played for Arsenal and Benfica, both teams who compete at the top end of their leagues and in the also ran and Europa leagues. He may not make their first teams but we're a long way from that level ..... he's young still learning and could be an asset along side our academy products ...... better than the pensioners we have been signing I would have thought .... although I don't know him and haven't seen him play.

But surely younger long term players are what we need, build now a squad with room to grow and develop. Mid career players with promising youngsters. Keep Harper, Field and co build around them.
