I respect other opinions on Shan, I said last night I don't blame him.
I'm sure he coached the players and confirmed the issues against Millwall - which were spot on.
For the players to concede 3 goals due to a repeat showing of the gapping holes between midfield and defence was a disgrace.
Shan should return back to his stewardship of the youngsters (before they lose anymore respect for the club)
The players themselves have proved for the last 2 years they are not capable or don't care - it's one or the other.
Time for the old school to go and take Jenkins and Dowling with them.
We could really do with promotion, coming straight back down is fine as long as we do a team rebuild.
The £100 million from the PL is vital, without it I don't see a future just a continual struggle. Unless we get a new
owner who employee's a footballing man to run the show. Jenkins and Dowling are money jugglers - Billy Smarts
would be an ideal promotion for them pair of clowns.
