I think the pricing of stands harks back to the day when the stands behind the goals were generally standing while the stands on the sides were generally seats and therefore considered better and more expensive. I’m with Matt, I prefer being behind the goal but maybe that’s because I spent most of my time at Hillsborough on the Kop and I’m just used to that.
