Lots of posters on here who still love DM - as I do and I have said many many times.
I don't think calling someone a fool is offensive. That doesn't mean I don't like him or respect the guy.
How many people thought DM was heading for the door? How many people believed he knew he was finished when he did his last interview?
Then he sits down and say's he didn't know he was heading for the sack? Does anyone on here honestly believe that? So he was either lying (which I have never accused him) or fooling himself. Nearly everyone on here thought his time was up and shouted me down for questioning his tactics time and time again. I'm not going to appologise for being correct.
Shan has waved a magic wand - he is playing with the same squad and I have not commented on him. I haven't said he is green, lacks experience, stupid or a fool. He has changed the formations, stopped playing tip tappy and how and when we do substitutions. Rode his luck, but so what.
If Darren had done this he would be top of the league now and he would still be our manager.
What do you call anyone sticking with a losing system - CLEVER ? Point the finger at the person who got Darren sacked - Himself.
