I can't think of many club connections other than the ones you mentioned. Callum Wilson was on our radar when Mark Robins was manager, having managed him at Coventry. He chose them over us and effectively ended Robins' Town career with a hat trick on that devastating opening day 4-1 Bournemouth win.
And Ryan Fraser was also due to sign for Town until he was talked out of it by ex Town player with a grudge, Joe Harper. Or it could've just been down to the excessive wages that Eddie Howe was able to dish out.
