This "we score as a team and we conceed as a team" nonsense is a load of waffle too. We score because Gayle, Rodriguez, Barnes and Phillips are too good for this division. We conceed because they've been instructed to p*ss around at the back, allow large amounts of shots at a shakey goalkeeper, and because our midfield is always knackered and bypassed in the last 20 mins due to lack of and/or awful substitutions.  

 This surprises me, as professional players train to play 90 minutes, not 70/80 minutes. Also we don't have a lack of substitutes, just awful decisions as to who to put on to replace a knackered player, or change the dynamics of the game.

Why is that decision process flawed at our club, is this not just basic common sense?
