IMO there is currently no "stand out name" that will emulate Lennon! I think the timing of this farce was unwelcome and Hibs have no idea who they actually want to appoint. I'm sure Leeann will eventually come to some kinda decision on it but it is imperative that they "get it right"!!! I certainly don't want another "Calderwood scenario" as the situation reminds me of the barren position Hibs found themselves in preceding Calderwood's appointment.
