You are relegated there is no question about it. Huddersfield playing in the Premier League has been good as it's lasted but there is no way you could keep competing with teams who spend the ££££ like there is no tomorrow. The same will happen to Burnley, Cardiff, Bournemouth and Brighton at some stage. The Premier League is a league with 6 teams and that's it. The media care about the big 6 and the decisions always seem to go in their favour,you pick up a newspaper and the back page is always United, Liverpool, City, Arsenal, Chelsea, Spurs, you watch MOTD and they spend more time analysing decisions on matches involving the big 6, the remaining 14 teams battle it out for survival and to try and not get relegated because to stay in the Premier League it's all about the money mainly from the TV rights.
A lot of fans don't believe the likes of Huddersfield, Burnley, Cardiff, Bournemouth, Brighton, Wolves and many others should be in the Premier League but that's Premier League snobbery and this mainly comes from the armchair fans and foreign fans of the big 6. The Premier League is a league within a league. Next season when you are playing in the Championship again your attendances will drop as the gloryhunters will go back to the likes of Manchester United, Manchester City or they even might go and follow Leeds if they get promoted.
To me the Premier League feels like a TV show it doesn't feel real, it feels scripted and fake with all the diving, dubious decisions etc. People say its the best league in the World but its not, it's the best brand. A lot of people who support a team like United, Arsenal etc will have never experienced what it's like to win promotion or to win on the last day of the season to survive relegation. I think the Championship is more exciting because its unpredictable and you can't predict where teams will finish. It was around Xmas and Forest were playing Leeds on TV and Gary Lineker tweeted that it was a good advert for the "other type of football". What does that even mean? "Other type of football", football's football. Then you've got Sky who believe they invented football in 1992 and that the sport didn't exist before then.
