I was born in Sutton Coldfield (Kingstanding side), my dad and mom were both born within a few hundred yards of the Villa ground but fortunately weren't into football. Our next door neighbours in Sutton however were and their youngest son got me into the Baggies. When I first got married I lived in Handsworth Wood and could walk to the ground, but gradually I've moved North, first to Lichfield and now just outside Derby. 4 out of my 5 kids are Albion thru and thru even though they're surrounded by Rams and Florest fans. If you're wondering about the 5th child, she would only be interested in football if it was played on horses, or by dogs.
