To be fair, I rated Montero highly a few years ago.
He does lack goal threat, but was one of the best one-on-one dribblers in the world, and I don't say that lightly. I don't think I've ever seen him play and not have the full back on toast.
Not sure what he's like now though, as he's barely played recently. If he's lost his pace due to injuries, he could be a pig in a poke. Although if he's still got his pace, will be a good acquisition. He tends to put in good crosses which we might benefit from with Gayle and Rodriguez in the box.
