Too many draws is our problem and that stems from not enough goals. The defensive side has done reasonably well but the attacking side has let us down recently.

I've always had reservations about Lennon's aggressive attitude - fine when things are going well BUT not when things are difficult - but nothing like he's had to put up with over some players' performances. If the "clear the air" meeting has cleared the air within the team, then all well and good.
