I agree with you about people buying pages, thats fair enough. However, i believe there is plenty of scope for match fixing in the premier league. I know players are paid huge amounts which may be a deterrent for fixers, HOWEVER, the fact that the bigger teams get all the decisions, the fact no manager can say a bad word about the premier league brand without ending up with a fine, seems a little fishy in itself. You only have to read Declan Hills book 'The Fix' to see how much the underground betting market is worth in SE asia, and they'd be bawling to fix a premier league match if it hasn't happened already. Plenty of potential for fixing in the EPL, just noone has the balls to make an accusation as they will end up in trouble for doing so.
