Amazing series of events.
Presumably John Beaton says he saw the incidents, but didn't think them worthy of any punishment. If that's the case he should be removed from the referees list. The upshot is that neither the referee nor the SFA panel saw anything wrong.
If a referee is naive enough to punish Morelos, the SFA overrule him and let Morelos off the hook again.
Perhaps we should ban handshakes before the game!
