Good organisations get the small things right almost all the time.
If you are slipshod and accept the second rate that is what you become. And we are heading for third rate!
A website is about how you look, how you present yourself to the world. Look like a loser and you'll be a loser. We do and we are.
Look at anything that is first rate, a shop, a hotel or a football club - they'll polish the stair rail everyday, you won't find a speck of dirt, they'll do everything they can to demonstrate they care.
We look unloved because the people in charge and those doing the work don't love the club. We are exactly what we seem.
Sadly in football there is no such thing as "apart from the league table". And I'm only guessing here, but I think Kiwomya fell out of love with football and himself. From the clips I saw early on he looked like a player the fans wanted to ditch. Now he looks groomed and bristling to go ......... before he looked like a haircut disguising itself as a footballer. Now he looks every inch like he knows he's a player again. If I were Donny I'd grab him back sharp ......... but they're doing well, if they leave him a while and he's becoming anything like the young player who was once preparing to rip the Premier League apart, he might give us and Donny a future. (And Dancing has to be right about game time .......... he's at a level at which he should star, but for that to do him any good he had to keep getting out there till it happened for him!)
But no, I think Matt's absolutely wrong on this occasion. We desperately need to get the small things right, because the big things can never go right without them. I'm big on Chaos Theory as an explanation of the way the universe works.
