I love the OLD FASHIONED air of excitement around the ground when the ball gets to Varela - that sense of anticipation from the crowd is something we haven't had for a long, long time.
Willie Johnson and Laurie Cunningham spring to mind - I'm sure we've had it since them but I can't think of any/many?
But THAT'S what we need! Excitement, entertainment....

Ishmael Miller was one! For all too brief a period though unfortunately.
