On a similar note, John McGinn is playing "blinders" for a resurgent Aston Villa - no coincidence relative to our failing fortunes when one knows that we sold one of our "crown jewels"!!! I also recall Saint Mirren's rapid collapse to eventual relegation stemmed from a point when he left the "Buddies" to join Hibs.
