There's too much money involved now to believe that the Referees Association isn't corrupt, it is. FIFA couldn't be more corrupt the FA couldn't be more corrupt.
So why is there a belief that the RA, is the only governing body in football with a halo above it??
They might not take cash but there's perks and kick backs.
