Imre, we all get frustrated with our clubs, it can spill over into an outburst, please direct it at the right people ..... Baggies fans are generally a good and inoffensive bunch, we were as frustrated as you at the performance of our team and the result but did not direct a vile vitriol at anyone but ourselves.

If your apology is heart felt, then I accept it and will move on .... your last sentence spoilt it some what though.
