What's with a new medical head - aren't they permenant or do they go when a new manager comes in or goes?

I'd like to look on it as a selfless, perhaps even holy, desire on the part of Big Dave to prevent other teams from filling up their squads with canary-coloured pensioners....
Or maybe not.
Perhaps they're all his friends.

Or perhaps we won't sign them.
But it may explain why the green and yellow kit has reappeared.
