England played for the loss, as did Belgium.  Being as we got the result, you could say we actually won the game.

You could say that as both teams wanted to lose and we did .... we are better at losing.

But then after 52 years of under achieving we had an unfair advantage ....... we have been practicing and perfecting that skill for generations
