Yep Manchester City but that was back in August, We turned that down because at the time he was our biggest asset due to a great season the Year before,
Then Arsenal offered 12 Million In January again turned down , personally I would have taken that as relegation was looming, However for some reason after the window was shut it was revealed he had a relegation clause set at £3.5 Million !!!!!!!
So whoever put that clause in actually wants hanging,
Having said that we only paid around £8 million for him and get this , WBA won 7 Games last Season Evans Participated in just one of those victories
