I'm thinking BD can talk the talk but thats as far as I'm willing to go. I believe this is risky and the reality of building a team and playing in the championship with an aim and certain expectation to bounce straight back is a huge task as opposed to managing a team that was all but down and had no real pressure attached. I also fear that if things don't at any point go the way the heads are saying it will then BD could become a scapegoat and I don't want to see that happen to a man who clearly is devoted to and WBA through and through a very rare phenomenon these days. Of course I really hope this works out for BD and WBA but I'm somewhat concerned and only time will tell if he is truly ready for this challenge. There's no doubt he feels he is but he's going to need the complete backing and knowledge of everyone in those hierarchal positions for this to work. As for the team there is no doubt BD was able to motivate them and thats a skill n itself but obviously the team will see a lot of changes. I say good luck Darren Moore I hope and pray this works out for you as you are clearly a very decent loyal and honest man.
