It's not so much inexperience as a manager he has no experience of building a squad , new players etc where as a Dean Smith who knows the championship would have identified players to get us up,
As Tarrenteno had no real input towards the managers job I hope we get a good no2 a good dof in to help Darren, I also hope he has a few foreign players lined up,
As a man there is no better than a Big Dave in charge to unify the club, he will need some help though because he won't be able to do it on his own, I just don't want this to go tits up and Big Dave leave the club completely,
No matter what my opinion I would also like to point out now he is manager I'm 100 % behind the big man, if he gets us back up it couldn't happen to a nicer chap
