Look what happened when we gave Sheridan a four year contract and forgot to give contracts to Craig Davies and Deane Smalley. Noticed Smalley has been in the news again getting promotion (with his bro') for Ashton United.
Although I'm all for stability three-year contracts have to be a liability in a world where managers do well to last a calendar year.
