He literally has no concept that it's possible to operate within your known budgets, and take any European income as a bonus. Even after all these years and liquidation they have learned nothing. Nor does king also seem to grasp that celtic have only qualified twice for the CL in the last few years,but if they need to they sell a player or two to bridge any gap. They will be fine in the Europa league, he seems to think they will go under if they don't qualify for CL.
