I'll chuck in a serious name to pinch too - Simon Weaver, manager of Harrogate Town. He's 40. They are in the play-offs for The Conference, he's been in and around good level non-league for years. Ex centre back I imagine he's a pretty tough cookie.

We did steal our best manager in recent years after all. We've done worse things in the last few years.
